Pulled Pork
Put a 3-5 pound pork roast in the crock pot overnight on low. I usually put on around 8pm and then at 8-9am I take it out of the crock pot and put on a platter to cool. As you take it out - break apart and it will cool faster. In the crock pot the night - put the fatty side of the roast down and add about an inch of water and I sprinkle some dry onion soup on the roast.
After the roast has cooled for about 20-30 minutes on the platter - break apart the piec
