Season ribs with seasoning salt and black pepper on both sides. Place ribs bone side down on a cookie sheet. Pour your favorite beer in the pan. Tent the pan with foil to seal in the steam. Bake in the oven at 325 for an hour and a half. Drain the beer out of the pan. Next you can either finish them in the oven by putting bbq sauce on the ribs and recovering with foil for another 30 minutes, or you can set them on the foil coated in bbq sauce and finish them by grilling for another 20-30 minutes.
